Kula is a wellness-travel service operated by Fluora Inc. ("Kula," "we," "our," or "us"). Kula helps travelers discover wellness practitioners, events, and experiences at their destination. We collect information through a voice onboarding phone call and deliver personalized recommendations and gather feedback through WhatsApp.

You explicitly opt in to WhatsApp messages from Kula during the voice onboarding call. We record this consent. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP in WhatsApp, after which we will stop sending you messages. You may rejoin by replying START or by completing onboarding again.

We use vetted providers to host our infrastructure, process voice calls, and analyze service performance. They process data only under our instructions and under confidentiality obligations.
We deliver messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta acts as a sub-processor and processes message data to deliver messages to your device. Meta's handling of WhatsApp data is governed by the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
We do not share your contact details with practitioners or providers unless you explicitly request an introduction or booking. If you request one, we share the minimum information needed to facilitate it.
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Kula, our users, or others.
If Fluora Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

Kula is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Kula after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
